Normal shipping time is 15-30 days (Monday-Friday).
Order processing time is 5-7 days (Monday-Friday).

CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel the order?

All orders will be automatically processed and shipped immediately after placing the order. If you want to cancel an order, please send a cancellation request via email within 2 hours after placing the order. If the order has not been shipped, you will get a refund. Once transportation is arranged, it can not be canceled.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel damaged in transit if possible reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact service with the next step.
